Usman Mughal, one of the founding members of Rearing Youth, is a Software Engineer. He is an astute leader who has held major positions in a number of NGOs in Pakistan and abroad. Under his leadership, Rearing Youth continues to grow and flourish as an organization.

Mudasir Yasin is the General Secretary and one of the visionaries behind the establishment of Rearing Youth. A software Engineer by profession, he is also a very passionate and keen social worker who is at the forefront of many of Rearing Youth’s initiatives.

Ayesha Yasin did her BSCS and MSCS from the University of Central Punjab. She is an excellent team member who is able to coordinate well in group activities. She is dynamic, innovative and hardworking in accomplishing goals. Besides this, she is also a good presenter and a passionate social worker.
